Derek Gerdis is a Chartered Accountant with extensive commercial experience, predominately in small business management. He owned his own retail business for 15 years, and has an excellent appreciation of the major issues confronting small business such as cash flow management; control of staff and achieving sales targets.

Derek is an expert in accounting systems, and specialises in ensuring these systems provide the reporting of key performance indicators which are relevant for that particular business.
